YCAPS held its second Washington D.C.-ASPEN on September 12th, at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation. More than 15 ASPEN members gathered for a discussion with LT Gary Kim (USNR) about Japanese and South Korean submarine building for the U.S. Navy. It was a great opportunity for members to re-connect and learn about a topic crucial for the US-Japan Alliance while enjoying light refreshments.
