On June 22, participants of the Subic SQUAD Forum attended their second webinar, featuring defense attachés Col. Naoki Aizawa of Japan, Capt. Anthony Saunders of the United States, and Lt. Col. Noel Young of Australia. The webinar focused on evolving defense and maritime cooperation among Japan, the United States, Australia, and the Philippines.

Capt. Anthony Saunders of the United States delivered a presentation on the history of Subic Bay Naval Base and U.S.-Philippines defense cooperation, including the Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA). Col. Naoki Aizawa of Japan discussed Japan's role in defense and maritime cooperation with the Philippines and the SQUAD framework. Lt. Col. Noel Young of Australia presented on Philippine-Australian defense cooperation and regional security collaboration.

The webinar concluded with a Q&A session in which participants engaged the speakers on issues related to regional security and defense cooperation.
