On Sunday, August 16th, ASPEN members in Okinawa gathered in Chatan for an evening of fellowship and networking. The event was also an opportunity to welcome new members into the ASPEN community, exchange ideas, and build stronger professional connections.
The Allied Security Practitioners Exchange Network (ASPEN) is an initiative hosted by YCAPS that focuses on the professional development of Japanese and United States security practitioners through networking, dialogue, and educational programming.
