    Kelly Langley

    Director for Public Relations

     

    Kelly Langley is a member of the ISPA (International Sail & Power) Japan which together with YCAPS coordinated the inaugural Miraie voyage from Kita-Kyushu to Kobe. Additionally, he is involved in youth programs, including seasonal camps at the US Embassy compound in Tokyo, the Tokyo American Club, and elsewhere. He also taught as an assistant preschool teacher at the preschool on the US Embassy compound in Tokyo, and has taught youth programs for sports, English-teaching, and music. He also has experience designing program schedules for classes, sports activity, and music lessons. He is enrolled in an MBA program at GLOBIS. His work revolves around consulting services in public affairs and strategic communications. He works with a variety of stakeholders to achieve client objectives across industries, engaging decision-makers to enact change or bridge the gap between regulation and innovation. He is personally interested in the intersection between politics and business, where there is friction between disruption and rapid advancements of science & technology, and rule-making or policymaking.
