Lieutenant Junior Grade Dayana Martinez, United States Navy, currently serves as a Healthcare Administrator for United States Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka, Japan. Her professional education consists of a Bachelor’s degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Florida International University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration and Graduate Global Health certificate from the University of North Florida. Her Naval career started as a Health Services Collegiate Program Health Care Administration track scholar. Prior to Commissioning in the United States Navy, she worked for the Mayo Clinic, the University of North Florida Department of Health Administration, Bank of America, and various law firms in the San Diego area. She is particularly interested in practical innovative solutions to solve the contemporary complex issues affecting healthcare management and delivery.
