Charlie Brown​

Director of Regional Programs, Singapore

Charlie Brown is Lead Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, and is currently MDA Advisor to US Pacific Fleet in Singapore. Prior to this, he served as a US civil servant, as Plans Officer with US Navy's Military Sealift Command. He was a Supply Officer in the US Navy serving on the Submarine USS Honolulu (SSN-718) and later at COMLOG WESTPAC in Singapore.

Charlie studied Science & Technology Studies at Cornell University, in Ithaca, NY. His security focus area is Maritime Security Capacity Building in South East Asia. Charlie is interested in participating in YCAPS, serving on the ExCo and helping to grow the network in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
