On 6 October 2025, YCAPS hosted a webinar in our Maritime Hour series where Dr. Bich Tran reviewed the outcomes of the the 2025 Manila Dialogue on ASEAN Maritime Security and the 2024 Manila Dialogue on the South China Sea while previewing the upcomincg 2025 Manial Dialogue on the South China Sea which YCAPS will co-sponsor on 5-7 November. In only one year, this series has already emerged as a important forum for addressing maritime security challenges facing ASEAN member states. Dr. Tran, YCAPS Research Fellow and Research Fellow at the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies.
