YCAPS hosted its first Washington D.C.-ASPEN event at the Maureen and Mike Mansfield Foundation Office on May 16th, 2025. ASPEN had more than 20 participants from across numerous agencies and sectors join a discussion on the future of the US-Japan Command and Control framework.
After an exciting and invigorating off-the-record discussion, members had the opportunity to network and socialize over drinks and refreshments. New relationships were made while attendees provided ideas for future ASPEN activities in the Washington D.C. area.
