On Friday, September 25th, 2026, YCAPS-ASPEN members gathered in Kobe for a dinner and social hour. After more than a year since the last event in the Osaka/Kobe area, the evening offered a welcome chance to reconnect with local members, meet colleagues, and strengthen professional relationships.
The Allied Security Practitioners Exchange Network (ASPEN) is an initiative hosted by YCAPS that focuses on the professional development of Japanese and United States security practitioners through networking, dialogue, and educational programming.
